The race is on. Christmas is 1 month away! I am decorating my home in Christmas decor for the first time and binge watching Christmas movies on Netflix! Now that thanksgiving is over, we can finally box up those fall items and jump in to Christmas! I want you to think about how much Christmas themed things we all buy to wear that end up in a goodwill bag in a few years or get stashed in a closet in a Christmas tote never to be pulled out again?? (I’m thinking of my “Mrs. Clause” ugly sweater dress that I payed too much for, still in the back of my closet from 4 years ago.) Yes, girl if you wear these kinds of things you totally do this. So, if we have to have those adorable Christmas pjs or have to keep up with the new christmas trend that will fade out in a couple years… why not pay less for them?! We use these items once a year and maybe never again after that. ESPECIALLY, if it’s a Christmas trend that goes out. Now for you gals that stick with the classics, good for you, but if you can’t help but jump on the trend train every time you see buffalo plaid print or an ugly Christmas sweater? This is for you, girlfriend.
Recently, I immersed myself into the crazy that is Waly World and ventured in to find some cheap holiday clothing steals. I was amazed at what I found! Here’s a list of my Christmas must have Christmas clothing at Waly World.
1. Plush Christmas Leggings
Let me tell you ladies, these babies will make your cozy Christmas attire dreams come true. They are SO soft and unbelievably comfy. I know plush scares some people off because they’re afraid they’ll become too warm in them, but I’ve been wearing them around the house and stay comfortable! Brace yourselves… I paid $7.88 for these! Several patterns are available, but I opted for Santa, snowflakes, and candy canes (covering all the bases). Both the long sleeve t shirt and the leggings are the Walmart “NOBO no boundaries” brand.
I am not finding a links, but I found the leggings near the holiday sweaters on an end cap and the top is a table display. I am wearing the leggings in a Medium (7-9) size up if in between.
2. Long Sleeve Basic Tees
This buffalo print top is just like the red top I paired with the plush leggings. They are light weight and are soft. I think they are pretty good quality, especially since they are only $6.92! I got them both in an XL because they do run small. There was an entire table full of fun holiday prints, so go check them out!
3. The CUTEST Christmas PJs
Walmart had so many options for Christmas pajamas, I was so impressed! I picked up this adorable set and can not wait to wear it!
For $10.97, I couldn’t say no! I got the set in a Large and could have gotten a medium, but like my pajamas a little big. If you love the camper trend, they also had this adorable night shirt!
4. Ugly Christmas Sweaters and Sweatshirts
This is a trend that has definitely stuck around for the past few years, but if you are looking for cheap sweaters for your Christmas party, Walmarts got you covered! You can find really funny sweaters in store, but here are some photos and links to some sweaters available in store or online.
5. Last, but definitely not least— SOCKS!
I love Christmas socks and own entirely too many pairs… anyone else?? Fuzzy socks or regular socks, I love them all and wear them all through the holidays. There were more options in store, but here are some cheap online Christmas socks.
Happy Christmas Shopping!
